Each class runs in a 2-month cycle with a 2-month commitment:

• Registrations close 2-hours before each first class begins

• Registration reopens when the next 2 month cycle opens

• You don't need to attend this first cycle to join the next; no prerequisites apply

After registering, you'll receive one "Class Page" with the same Zoom info for your 2 month class and replays posted to download and save:

• As we know, these days we get many emails. So to save on emails, I'll only send (1) email reminder the day before the first class starts with all class dates, times and your Class Page link -No additional email or text reminders will be sent during the 2 month cycle

• It's totally your choice to either attend LIVE classes or watch/listen to the replays

• Any unforeseen Zoom call changes will always be made on your Class Page 

• When attending LIVE, please visit your Class Page before class starts and refresh it to see the most updated Zoom info -just in case any unforeseen Zoom call changes needed to be made

Free replays posted on your Class Page 24 hours after classes end:

• All replays for download are audio only

• Free replay downloads available for 3 months

• Your Class Page with free replays deletes one month after the last class ends. After expiration date, an additional payment will be needed for download requests

• For video replays, they will either be posted on a hidden YouTube page for you to watch anytime or saved to your Class Page

• The class starts with me tuning in with the class in real-time, discussing the current energetic shifts occurring, the themes that are up and how to best support your alignment, embodiment and navigating the path from your sovereign self-led agency

• Each class has its own organic flow, responding to the present moment and what needs to be discussed to best serve the group's evolution

• After discussing the current energies I open up the Q&A

• As you get in the queue to ask questions or share, I'm always led to who I need to speak with first. Then from that Q&A experience, I'll be led to the next person and so on

• Because we're all in a Group Power Field, each person's questions will bring empowering specific information, guidance, tools and support for all

• I'll get to as many people as I can for each class within our class allotted time. If you haven’t shared or asked questions before, each class is a new chance to do so

• Depending on how many people are in the queue in each class, you may be able to ask questions or share more than once

• Ambujam on audio only, no video- Because of the deep internal nature of this class and getting to know your own energy, this class will be Zoom audio only, no video. This keeps all outer distractions to a minimum, supporting you to stay focused only on yourself, your self awareness, understandings and your shifts in consciousness

The purpose of the Embodiment Power Hour is to:

• Provide a devoted energetic sacred space that fosters conscious self-connection with your True-Self and your higher evolutions you're embodying and moving into

• This Class Power Awakening Field opens the space for you to have your own direct experiences of your true energy, your authenticity, heart's knowing and your own direct resonate understandings of your journey and the shifts you're going through into 5D+ consciousness

• You'll steep in your True-Self and the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th+ consciousness for the entire class

Class Format:

• This class is mostly done in silence

• When the class starts, I will offer a short guidance of how to drop in and connect with yourself. -And if needed during the class- I will share occasional teachings of how to align with yourself and the new frequencies or any other additional relevant info to your experiences as they arise

• You'll steep in your direct connections with your True-Self and the 5D, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th+ consciousness

• As you steep you'll awaken, align and embody in your higher levels of consciousness and understandings and more easily adapt to your spiritual up-levelings and evolutionary frequencies
