We are still in massive transitions moving from 3D (fear-based consciousness) to 5D and up (heart-based consciousness).



What is this transition exactly? Let's simplify it:
 It's all vibration. 3D consciousness (fear based living) vibrates at a slower rate in lower vibrations, moves slower and therefore is a denser energy. We've been immersed and accustomed to this denser energy all around us and within us and we have lived in how 3D energies expresses itself. 5D consciousness (heart-based living) vibrates at a faster rate, therefore being less dense and a higher vibration. Our body/mind/energy bodies are in a huge alchemy process to let go of vibrating at a slower rate moving into vibrating at a faster higher rate and how this higher vibration expresses itself. 5D is both a higher dimension of energy than 3D and yet it's not a place outside of you at all because it's truly about living in your own next levels of higher evolutionary awakening consciousness.

Why is this transition feel so intense for us? In 3D living we feel and believe our thoughts emotions and fear is who we are. We become immersed and "identified" with everything around us and within us. You are leaving 3D consciousness now which means leaving identity based living behind. Every identity, every thing you have ever thought you were, is now letting go. As you are continuously rising up and out of 3D vibrations into living in 5D+ higher vibrations specific 3D "identity living" is now falling away and completing for you because it's not how you live in the higher vibes. (The mind doesn't know what his means yet) Our human selves have never gone through anything like this alchemy before.
