Session Policies:

• All sessions are done on Zoom audio only (no video) and include a free recording. If you do not want your session recorded, you can have a phone call instead of using Zoom if you prefer.

• After scheduling, Ambujam will send you the Zoom info.

• If you've not used Zoom before, please practice calling in anytime before your scheduled time to make sure you get through.

• There are no reminder emails sent for sessions.

• If you're paying for a minor to have a Private Session (17 yrs. old and younger) you agree to take full responsibility for them and their actions, reactions and choices during and following all Private Sessions.

• You agree to take full responsibility for calling in on time. Thank you.

No driving during sessions:

• If you know you will be driving during your session time, your session will need to be canceled and rescheduled. Please notify Ambujam within the 24 hour cancellation policy period.

• If you need to do the session in your car, please park your car in a place you can be for the entire session before calling in.

• Cancellations after the 24-hours cancellation period, the same day or a last minute will incur $50 fee will be deducted from your payment and your remaining payment balance refunded.

Rescheduling, 24-hour Cancellation Period, Late calls, No shows:


• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
 Thank you.

• If you cancel or reschedule your session after 24 hours, last minute or the same day, a $50 fee will be deducted from your payment and your remaining payment balance will be refunded.


• If you’re going to be late for your session, please text Ambujam at 978-210-5272 ASAP before your session start time. If you're outside the US and cannot text a US number, please email Ambujam ASAP

• If you don't show up for your session, a $75 fee will be deducted from your payment and your remaining payment balance will be refunded.

There is a 10-minute late grace period for all sessions:

• Ambujam keeps your Zoom call open for up to 10-minutes past your scheduled start time.

• If you're calling late and are within the 10 minute grace period, your remaining session time will be used for your session.

• No extra time can be given when calling in late.

If you do not call in within the 10-minute grace period:

• Ambujam exists the Zoom call after 10-minutes.

• Your session is considered a “no show” and thus canceled. A $75 fee will be deducted from your payment and your remaining payment balance will be refunded.

• All rescheduled sessions will be at Ambujam's most current rates.


Session Guidelines and Info:


• To get the most out of your session, please be in a quiet place where you can be deeply present with the session and won’t be disturbed. 


• All sessions are a combination of a reading and energy healing. 


• Sessions do not focus on the future or predictions.


• The focus for all sessions is on your internal world, embodiment, awakening, self-empowerment, self responsibility, energy healing and supporting your rightful path. We do this through information received from your Being, Spirit, past-life history and present-life experiences.

• Sessions serve the highest priorities of your evolution and awakening in each moment. 


• Sessions address very intimate parts of your inner and your outer life. Thus, a lot of change can occur in situations, relationships, the mental, physical, emotional and energy bodies during and following all sessions. 
 

• Emotional and physical detox can occur during and following all sessions.


• Subsequent emotional, situational, physical, spiritual and energetic layers can surface and change following all sessions. 


Ambujam does not personally choose the information, topics, healing energies or healing modalities for any session:

• All information is shown to Ambujam from your inner Being, your path, inner truth, Spirit, your spiritual teams and Divine Grace.

• All healing energies that come through are unique to each session and are regulated by your inner being.

During and after all sessions, you agree to discern and determine if all information Ambujam is sharing is right for you or not right for you.

• You agree to take full responsibility for all conclusions drawn, choices made and for all physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic and situational changes and results during and after all Private Sessions and Ambujam Healing LLC services.
