Topic: Being Peace

When tuning into this week's session topic, Spirit immediately brings one word: PEACE -with a sweeping expansive deep embodying energy. It's time to know you ARE peace -access the true meanings of peace within you, learn how to return to it, listen to it, receive understandings from it and navigate from it.

This is an interesting topic because the mind has its ideas and its one-note definitions of what peace means and its judgments of how things "should" be going. Yet to truly be at peace within, to feel it and experience it -no matter what is happening- is what we desire. Peace-fullness is not just a state of being or something to strive for or create, it's truly something so natural to who you really are because it is who you really are. Peace is an energy, a frequency that resides deep within your every cell, within every thought, within the very essence of you and all things. It's a residing flow of natural energy not something to create but as a human to uncover and realize.

When we begin our awakening journey, truly underneath it all, there is a larger sense of peace within us that we didn't feel before. It's just always there and more palpable even during our deepest fears. It's our quiet, sincere, breathing flowing energy and awareness that is underneath all our struggles, pain, fears and things we're working out and reconciling in this life to embody who we are. We are just more focused on the noise, physical stuff and everything unearthing in us than that residing peace. But just because we're paying more attention to the loudest things in us, that presence of who we are is there too and never fades. We're just not always present to it. But we can be, it's a matter of knowing what peace truly is and the practices of bringing our focus to it and choosing to align ourselves in it, adapting our listening to it, start living from it, healing from it and always knowing that presence never leaves us because it is us.
