1st SESSION:

• Meeting you where you are on your path of healing, awakening, self-awareness and change.

• Getting your system ready to receive deep trauma healing, clearing and deep transformation.

• Connecting to all the multi-dimensional parts of you, correlating issues, life-themes, choices, Soul history and ways of being affected by your traumas and that which is holding your traumas in place.

• Connecting to your inner spirit and true self ‘underneath’ the traumas.

2nd SESSION:

• We begin by meeting where you are in your process after the break.

• Reconciling, healing and clearing traumas held this life, past life, Soul-history, karmic patterns and (unconscious) choices related and addressing/healing traumatic patterns that cycle within and repeat life situations, relationship dynamics and stories/beliefs/feelings about yourself.

• Self-empowering guidance, information and teachings to deeply support healing your traumas.

• Your deep inner spirit and true self activating, coming forward and embodying/strengthening within you throughout this entire Retreat.

3rd SESSION:

• We begin by meeting where you are in your process after the break.

• Continued guidance, support, deep healing, clearing, awakening and strengthening self-connection in all the areas we worked with in the first 2 sessions.

• Integration, continued support, anchoring, alignment and 'catching up’ your mind/body/spirit/ with all the breakthroughs, healing, awakening and change that occurred throughout this Retreat.
