When downloading your recording on a mobile phone:

1. Click on your special link with passcode to view your recording

2. Turn your phone horizontal to “Landscape mode”

3. Download button will appear on upper right corner

Don’t see download button? You’ll need to request the desktop site version of this webpage (see images below)

1. Click on your special link with passcode to view your recording

2. Click image on lower left corner of your recording screen (rectangle with 2 lines underneath)

3. Click on 3 dots

4. Click on “Request Desktop Website”

After following these steps, the download button should show up on the upper right hand corner of your screen
